Two things worth knowing
CV Studio saves your progress in the browser itself, which means two rules: keep the file in one place, and always open it in the same browser. Moving the file to a different folder, or opening it in a different browser, will start you with a blank slate. Nothing is lost from the original — but your typed answers won't follow it.
